House/Program Manager: Peggy Huffstutler
Peggy comes with years of management experience, both nationally and internationally, and was hired in September 2006 to open and manage the house operations and programs. She is a certified Family Wellness Instructor, DV/SA state mandated advocate, and enjoys her work on two non-profit Board of Directors.
Case Managers/Shelter Coordinators:
Cathy Ledon started as the first volunteer for Emmaus House and directs our activities, volunteer department, and is especially helpful with those in recovery from addictions. She recently received her SART Sexual Assault Response Team certification.
Ana Sandoval came to Emmaus House as a Service Learning college student. She is our emergency CERT leader, housekeeping director, and DV/Immigration advocate.
Pat Olbring has volunteered with many non-profit agencies around San Benito County. She is a CASA and DV/SA advocate, and is the chief referral researcher for Emmaus House.
Graveyard Shift/Shelter Coordinators:
Suzanne Lopez has been involved with crisis intervention/domestic violence for many years in Santa Clara and San Benito County. She has been with Emmaus House since its opening.
Juanita Rea has helped youth in crisis for many agencies in the tri-county area. She researches upcoming trainings and domestic violence news during the night shift, as well answers the crisis hotline.
